- 500g beef mince
- 650g onions
- 4 400g tins chopped tomatoes
- 200g tomato concentrate
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- two cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- one glass (125ml) red wine
- one splash worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek (hot chilli)
